Winter luxe in the Barn
When we were approached by Noemi, the photographer, about doing a winter photoshoot in the barn we had no idea what a super team of people we would meet and stay in contact with!
The style we were going for included luxe rich colours and warm textures such as the faux sheepskin and hides. Our beautiful barn was a perfect backdrop, props and styling were done in-house by our sister company Rural and Urban Events, and Noemi (Thyme Lane Photography) captured it all so beautifully. Please check out the full suppliers list below.
The table decoration included a runner of foliage intermittently peppered with miniature glass bottles holding individual stems of fresh flowers. Not only does this look amazing but it also helps to keep costs down, not needing such an abundance of expensive flowers.
Hair and makeup were natural and relaxed with the bride wearing a stunningly timeless dress, and the groom in a classic, classy, sharp suit.
Place names were handmade in wood and suited the venue perfectly. Warm gold charger plate and fairly lights completed the festive feel too!
Stationary was also handmade. Raw paper with watercolored edges complimented the other colours running throughout the styling.
The cake was traditionally stacked then fresh foliage added to match the other foliage on the tables and bouquet. The cake tabled included more fresh foliage and flowers, rustic draping with soft beige feathers woven in.
