Our sole objective is to exceed your expectations delivering the highest quality food and service for your wedding or event here at the Barn.
Our in house head chef has a wealth of event experience and has designed the menus to be able to deliver superb food to large numbers of guests. We always try to source local and seasonal produce for our dishes, even using our apples from the orchard, home grown herbs and edible flowers from our gardens.
We take our inspiration for our menus from our local surroundings and food produced near to our base. Our meat supplier is a local farmer, producing high quality produce for us with high welfare standards. The vegetables we use are from local producers too, which means our menus change depending on the season and quality of the ingredients available. We are proud to be able to offer such an incredible menu, with as low impact to the environment as we can.
We are confident you will love our menus but if you have something else in mind we are really happy to work with you to create it.
Our commercial kitchens operate at an extremely high standard at all times and we are proud to have be given a Level 5 Food Hygiene rating in February 2019 (the best you can get!)
As part of your site tour you will be shown around the kitchens too, we are proud of our facilities and staff team.
